The Location
Apex Fit is a brand-new state-of-the-art facility located in Lake Nona Florida. It has the world’s most advanced assessment and fitness equipment as well as a golf simulator room, shower, and healthy food options for its members and personal training clients. Our members have 24/7 access to the facility to complete their Apex Fit custom designed workouts. Apex Fit's unique service offering and unprecedented innovation led to Apex Fit being selected “Best Gym in Central Florida” by CBS Channel 6 News.
