Amber is a lifelong fitness professional who specializes in women’s fitness, weight loss and performance. In infectious smile and passionate energy encourages her clients to want to get the most out of every workout with Amber. Amber was a corner stone in the building of the “Better Every Day” empire with her husband Trevor and brings the best of her 20 plus year fitness and health experience to Apex.

Josh’s servant leadership principles and Apex family values allows members to get more out of their workouts and creates a non intimidating friendly environment for everyone. Josh is passionate about seeing all Apex clients achieve the highest levels of results in the shortest amount of time and enjoys being their person liaison on their journey to reaching their Apex.
